Music Request Form

Generally, the Queen Anne String Quartet will automatically select music for the different segments of a wedding ceremony. If the wedding party has specific requests, please utilize this form to submit these requests. Special requests outside of the standard wedding repertoire may have a separate assessment in the amount listed in the client's contract.

The Queen Anne String Quartet will work with the wedding planner or other designated individual for the beginning and ending time for music during the ceremony to ensure your wedding music is perfect.

Please note that requests must be submitted no later than 30 days before the date of the wedding to be guaranteed. QASQ will do our best to honor requests made after that time, but cannot guarantee late requests. These situations will be discussed individually with the wedding party.

Pre-Ceremony Music

Pre-ceremony music begins 30 minutes prior to the start-time of your ceremony. The QASQ generally will play a variety of classical selections as your guests are arriving and taking their seats.

Processional Music

The processional music is for the officiants, family members, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, ring bearers, and other members of the wedding party.

Bride's Entrance and Processional

Music for the bride's entrance into the ceremony space and processional down the aisle.

Mid-Ceremony Music

Music for a special moment during the ceremony such as the lighting of a unity candle, a sand-mixing ceremony, or other similar activity.

If yes, please indicate the specific moment in your ceremony where this should happen and indicate any special requests below.

Recessional Music

Recessional music begins as soon as the ceremony is completed as the couple and the wedding party recess down the aisle and out of the ceremony space.

If you have special requests for recessional music, please indicate those below.

Post Ceremony Music

Post-ceremony music begins as soon as the recessional is complete and lasts for 10 minutes as your guests leave the ceremony space.

Cocktail Hour Music

If a cocktail hour is included for your wedding, QASQ will begin the cocktail hour music as soon as the post-ceremony music is complete and we have had a chance to relocate to the appropriate location. Generally, we will play a mixture of familiar classical, jazz, and pop music. If your wedding does not include a cocktail hour, you can leave this field blank.
